NewLife Darling Harbour completed

We are delighted to see 495 Harris Street – NewLife Darling Harbour realised.

Located on the fringes of Sydney city, NewLife Darling Harbour transforms Ultimo’s Harris Street with a contemporary mixed-use development that complements the surrounding areas characterful heritage.

Architectus won the design competition for TWT Property Group’s prestigious mixed-use development; the winning design shows a multi-layered building that steps down from nine-storeys along Harris Street to six levels facing Bulwara Lane.

NewLife Darling Harbour provides a distinctive precinct that offers connectivity and a fully integrated lane network. The development comprises 199 apartments, 2 retail spaces, a large penthouse and two-storey terrace apartments at street level.
