A registered Architect with over 20 years professional experience Malcolm Bowes was a founding director of Architectus with Patrick Clifford and Michael Thomson in 1986.
Recognising the absolute necessity for the effective and active management of project teams for large projects Architectus has a real commitment to the application of rigorous management and co-ordination systems for all projects.
Malcolm Bowes has been responsible for the Project Co-ordination and management of all major projects by Architectus Auckland and has particular expertise in the organization and co-ordination of project teams for large construction projects. He has specialist knowledge of the contractual basis for the consultant and contractor engagement for the documentation and procurement of these projects. Malcolm's expertise has been recognised in his position as assessor on the Architects Registration Board and his appointment to the Board of Directors of the New Zealand Architects Co-operative Society.
Malcolm has extensive experience working with Local Authorities and Educational Institutions.
