Parkmore Shopping Centre

Parkmore Shopping Centre

The redevelopment of the Parkmore Shopping Centre was an opportunity to create a modern, user-friendly, and cost-efficient space. The upgrade of the Centre resulted in a contemporary appearance and additional income from the remix and reformulation of shops.

The Centre’s position and competitiveness in the market-place has been improved as a result of the two full-line supermarkets, an improved specialty retail offer, user-friendly car parks, and an improved shopping environment.

Whilst being sympathetic to the existing centre, the new areas provide a clean approach with an understated and modern use of materials and finishes. Generous use of windows to new and existing mall areas have allowed an abundance of natural light to spill into public areas without detriment to the needs of the tenants or adding
additional stress on heating or cooling systems.

Externally accessed restaurants with outdoor seating areas help enliven and activate the exterior of the centre, and add to the centre’s extensive food offer.
