The proposed development is located on one of the gateway sites at Sydney Olympic Park and is the first development to address the recently gazetted 2030 Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan.

Providing a total of 41 000 m² of A Grade commercial space over four stages, the development has been designed to achieve a 4.5 Star NABERS energy rating and 5 Star Green Star rating and will provide flexible and efficient commercial office space appealing to a diverse tenant market.At the heart of the development is a permeable and active public square which creates linkages between existing public green spaces within the Sydney Olympic Park commercial precinct and will benefit not only the building tenants but also the wider Sydney Olympic Park community.

The staging strategy has been conceived to maximise the potential development envelope and facilitate the construction of each stage with minimal impact on the previously constructed stages.

The design includes generous, engaging and active spaces including business lounges, cafes, atrium balconies and naturally ventilated meeting spaces. These are complimented by first rate tenant facilities including bike parking with washroom, change and locker facilities and concierge.
