Avenue House

Located in an inner city character precinct, on a small, steeply sloping site, this project re-organises a heavily modified pre-1946 cottage into a comfortable family home.

Byron Bay House

This house began life as a compromise; he wanted a rural retreat; she wanted a beach shack with ocean views. Perched on a ridgeline amid rolling pastures, with views across Byron Bay to Julian Rocks and Cape Byron, the house dramatically unites the two.

Walsh Bay Development Plan

Architectus prepared for the Maritime Services Board of NSW an urban renewal development plan and Statement of Planning Constraints for Walsh Bay including comprehensive conservation guidelines.

Wallarah Peninsula

Wallarah Peninsula is a model new release development on 605 ha in the Lake Macquarie LGA. Architectus prepared the Built Form Management Plan (BFMP) and assisted with the Wallarah Peninsula Master Plan.

Ultimo Pyrmont Precinct Plan

An area of 140 hectares of former docklands, maritime, industrial and medium density housing is being totally redeveloped within an urban design strategy prepared by Architectus.
