Architectus recently joined forces with China International Engineering Design and Consulting Co. Ltd (CIEDC) to win an international design competition which aims to transform Nansha Pearl Bay into a new national economic zone in China.
Located on Parramatta River, near Silverwater Road Bridge, this 20 ha site previously housed Commonwealth Department of Defence Naval Stores. Architectus prepared the Master Plan which provides for 600 to 650 dwellings.
