Queensland Rail Roma St Heritage Building

Architectus in association with Michael Kennedy Heritage Architect worked with Queensland Rail and a team of consultants in the planning of the Stage One Stabilisation Works which commenced in 2011, and started on site in 2012.

Avenue House

Located in an inner city character precinct, on a small, steeply sloping site, this project re-organises a heavily modified pre-1946 cottage into a comfortable family home.

Byron Bay House

This house began life as a compromise; he wanted a rural retreat; she wanted a beach shack with ocean views. Perched on a ridgeline amid rolling pastures, with views across Byron Bay to Julian Rocks and Cape Byron, the house dramatically unites the two.
