Elizabeth Seuseu

Elizabeth is a senior Architect with 15 years’ experience working in design-focused practices in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.  Her expertise ranges from high end residential projects, social housing, mixed use developments and interior fit outs. She has been highly involved in all aspects of these projects and has extensive experience with detailed coordination, project leadership and delivery while effectively liaising with clients and stakeholders. 

Elizabeth spent 7 years’ working in the UK on residential projects located in some of London’s most prestigious addresses. She has recently joined the Melbourne team from our Architectus Auckland office where she was project leader on the first residential development within Wynyard Quarter; NZ’s largest urban revitalisation project on Auckland’s waterfront.

Elizabeth shares Architectus’ commitment to design enquiry and place making. She strives to engage with clients and users to understand their requirements, gathering this with a thorough understanding of the contextual opportunities and constraints. Her keen attention to detail and a collaborative approach to team working brings the best possible buildings to completion. Active within the creative arts and architectural community, Elizabeth regularly attends design crits, professional association activities and has taught Design at The University of Auckland.
